Allan (Al) Richard Dyck, age 58 of Airdrie Alberta, passed away on April 29th 2024.

Al was a friendly and kind person to everyone he came across; he could be very charismatic. When Al was doing well he was the type of person who would give the shirt off his back to someone else. Al battled with addiction throughout his life, facing challenges that deeply impacted his relationships. Although our relationship was strained, we acknowledge the complexities of his journey and the struggles he faced. We hope that he finds peace in his passing; that he was unable to find in life.

He leaves behind a legacy of resilience and a reminder of the importance of compassion and understanding in the face of adversity

Al is survived by his partner Marni Graden, daughter Jamie Dyck, son Daniel (Desirae) Dyck, step daughter Marisa Graden, sisters Darlene Cameron, Joan Young and Janice Caroll, brother Larry Van Dyke, and his grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Gordon and Susanna Dyck.
